The webinar is addressed to national judges, at all instances in all member States, who may be interested in understanding the effects of competition law enforcement in public tenders, according to the rules set forth by the EU Directive 2014/24 on public procurement as also interpreted by Court of Justice of the European Union.
Learning objectives:
The webinar will focus on the notion of anticompetitive agreements within public tenders (so called bid rigging infringement) and the main issues arising in relation with the potential exclusion from future tenders according to Art. 57.4 of the EU Directive 2014/24.
